My leadership journey has taken me from a small Midwestern town to the United States Army and into the boardroom, where I’ve spent more than 25 years leading people, teams, and organizations.
Along the way, I’ve learned that leadership isn’t defined by title, position, or authority. It’s built on character, trust, clarity, and service—and it starts with understanding who you are.
Today, I bring those experiences together through Humans Leading to help others lead with
greater authenticity, confidence, and purpose.
